Kevin's stuff

I build software that does the work for you.

Agent orchestration, a home-grown compute swarm, two businesses and a handful of game bots that play better than I do.

GG Orchestrator

A director's console for a team of AI coding agents.

GGO plans, dispatches and tracks work across many coding agents at once. Tasks get their own branch, with optional QA and review passes before they land, and the whole office is visible from one board. Over 3,600 commits of daily-driven tooling.

  • React
  • Node.js
  • Multi-agent
  • Git worktrees
Info about GG Orchestrator

Garden Gnome Swarm

One private compute fleet out of every machine I own.

GGS joins desktops, a Steam Deck, a Raspberry Pi and cloud VMs into one swarm over a private mesh. Each device advertises a CPU and memory budget that always yields to its owner, and every machine's containers can be started, stopped and inspected from one dashboard.

  • Kubernetes
  • K3s
  • Tailscale
  • Node.js
  • Docker
Info about Garden Gnome Swarm
  • Desktops, a Steam Deck, a Raspberry Pi and cloud VMs in one swarm
  • Private mesh networking, no ports opened to the internet
  • Per-device CPU and memory budgets that yield to whoever is using the machine
  • Start, stop and inspect each machine's containers from one dashboard
  • Built into the GG Orchestrator console

About

Denmark

I'm a developer in Denmark. Most of what I build starts as a tool for myself and keeps growing until it runs on its own.

Lately that means running a team of AI coding agents every day, and the infrastructure to keep them busy.
